Delivery
UK Standard delivery charge is £3.95
We aim to keep UK delivery time between 2 to 4 working days from the date of ordering.

Returns
For hygiene and resale reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items. These include perishable goods such as tea, and personal care products including soap bars and beauty products.
We can offer an exchange, refund or a credit note on all other products sold on this website. To request a return, you should notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@toyguash.com. Please expect a reply within 48hrs. If you haven't received a reply, please check that your email was sent. To be able to demonstrate that you have told us you wish to request a return in time, we would recommend that you retain any emails sent to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package (UK address). You will then have another 14 days to post the items to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. All return goods must be unused, undamaged and in resellable condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a full refund (including your original delivery charges at basic cost) will be made within 14 days from receipt for goods to Toy Guash. Refunds will only be made against the credit/debit card used for purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
While we refund the original delivery charges at a basic cost, customers are liable for the return postage. All returns are made at customers own cost and risk. We recommend that customers pack items securely and send returns via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please keep a proof of postage for your returned package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and within 5 working days of the item being delivered if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to describe the damage and we may ask for a photograph of the damage.
Please keep the item unused while we investigate the reported issue.
